The stock has unfortunately been delayed until 21st July. We are really sorry about this but unfortunately it is beyond our control (we were told the ship was held up in an American port).
We appreciate that the new stock is eagerly awaited but we are a small team with limited resources. To keep things transparent, here is exactly how our rollout plan will work over the next few weeks:
We have collated a list of who has enquired after which products into a spreadsheet to ensure that no-one is missed.
- July 21st (arrival day) - Our team will be offloading and organising the new stock
- Step 1: Pre-orders first: If you have already pre-ordered and paid a deposit, your order is our top priority. We will email you a secure payment link for your remaining balance. Once paid, we will inspect, pack, and dispatch your tank
- Lids: As the tanks vary in size and shape, lids are handmade to order and we cannot start making these until the tanks are here. If you have ordered a lid then please allow us extra time to make this.
- Step 2: Once pre-orders are processed, any remaining available stock will be listed on our website. We will send a general email notification to everyone on our list the moment the site goes live. We ask that you please place orders through the website to help us mange stock levels.
Important Note on Availability
Because demand has far exceeded our expectations, pre-orders have already filled the allocation for certain items.
- If the item you wanted has sold out: If you enquired about a specific model that is now entirely accounted for by pre-orders, we will contact you directly to let you know.
- Next batch: Don't worry if you miss out this time! We are already placing another order with our supplier and will update you with a new arrival date as soon as we have it.
We sincerely apologise to anyone who has been waiting patiently but might miss out on this specific delivery. We are working as fast as our small team can manage, and we appreciate your incredible support.
