- Use of seasoned logs and dry kindling only - if using other types of wood this will void the warranty
- You may see some water from condensation in the bottom of the heater, this is normal for the first few burns.
- The ashtray and grill may warp due to heat exposure and the different temperatures that can occur when using logs.
